I am excited this year to be spending a lot of time shooting in Lake Placid. It's so beautiful up there and I am always thrilled with the locations I get to shoot at.

Mike and Laura were coming into the area to work on plans for their fall wedding so we met up in Lake Placid for their engagement session. I had been scouting out locations for this session for a while and was super excited to try some new spots. I was even more thrilled when I found out the last spot we hit was where Mike proposed to Laura! It was a complete coincidence, but it couldn't have been a better one.
