2013 was a great wedding year for us. We had the good fortune of working with so many awesome couples, and Kelly and Mark were one of them! To say these two are so much fun would be an understatement.
Planning their wedding from a distance, I got to know Kelly pretty well via email. We finally had the chance to meet up over coffee on a snowy day in Cooperstown, and while we knew already these two were going to be a blast to work with, once we met them in person, we knew it was going to be an even more amazing day then we had originally thought! We couldn't wait to get this day started.
When Kelly and Mark's wedding arrived, there was the threat for some pretty heavy rain storms. While we dealt with a fairly windy day, Mother Nature was kind enough to hold off on the rain until we were already safe inside the reception. I will say it made for some pretty great night shots though!
This past year we've also been shooting at a lot of new venues (or new to us, I should say), which I love! The August Lodge in Cooperstown is absolutely gorgeous, and I am looking forward to heading back there soon!
