Katie and Kevin were such a fun couple to work with! I've been smiling all day as I've been editing the photos for this blog. I'd love to go back and do this day all over again because it was so much fun; for now, we can all re-live the day with this blog!

We are thankful to our friends Dan and Jaime of Best Bytes Media for encouraging Katie and Kevin to get in touch with us about their wedding day. I'm so glad they did - we had lots of laughs throughout the entire day. We had the pleasure of working with Katie for the first time when she was a bridesmaid for Charlie and Ilana's wedding earlier this year - another great day and great couple!

These two had some super fun ideas they wanted to do with us when it came to portraits. We are always happy to take in suggestions and come up with ways to make it more unique for our JPP couples. You'll see some of our favorites as you scroll through the blog. With all the fun stuff that was in store for the day, these two planned ahead and knew the best way to get everything they wanted photo-wise was to start off with portraits before the ceremony. We always appreciate getting the extra time to photograph with our couples!

We started off at Longfellows where Katie and her girls were just finishing up with the ladies of Lipstick and Lashes. Everyone looked beautiful!

Unless you've been living under a rock for the last year, you'll know that something like this photo was going around Facebook and Pinterest all summer! Katie and Kevin just LOVE the Jurassic Park movies, and when Katie requested we do this photo, I just couldn't say no. I knew however, that we had to change it up and make it a little more unique for these two... so enjoy!

If you couldn't find Katie and Kevin during the night, there was a good chance they were hanging out with our friends Time Capsule Photobooths! There was a line to get into that booth all night! Katie even got us in there with her! 

We snuck these two outside for some night shots, and they had this silly idea that Kevin should act like a Velociraptor. Seriously, these guys are so fun!
